Doug,

We attend about 12 conferences and conventions each year. My observation is that UAC does a better job than anybody in driving attendees to the vendor booths. No one else makes the effort that you make. Your “vendor sign-the-card game” is an excellent idea. I would just continue it. We recognize your efforts and appreciate them.

[Received this from a gentlemen who we had to make some extra effort for in setting up a joint meeting between the county commissioners, recorders, surveyors and IT directors at the UAC Annual Convention, November 10-12, 2010. His final remarks are especially gratifying as the IT Group has taken a few years to get to this point after organizing in 2008. He and others in the group have remarked how it has grown and become stronger in terms of representation and participation].

From the outside looking in, I appreciate the way you’ve worked to resolve the issues regarding the booth space and PlasmaGlass.

Jeff has expressed to me his appreciation for your willingness to go above and beyond. Thanks for your regard for us under the circumstances.

Whether it’s with our customers for whom we build, or with our subcontractors and suppliers (in this case, our association/trade show partners), there is not much that is more important to us than good relationships. This situation becomes a nice example of that hope.
